We think outside the box for your brand

We don't do off-the-shelf. Tell us your brand, your brief and your guest list and we'll dream up a workshop. We handle the lot, end to end.

What's included

Everything, end to end

One brief, one team. We take care of the whole production so your guests just turn up and make something special.

Creative direction

A bespoke concept built around your brand, your product and your event. Not a workshop off the shelf.

Bespoke kits

Every material prepped and packed per guest, branded where it counts. Shipped to the venue, ready to hand out.

Room build

Table styling, props and materials dressed on the day so the room looks as good as the work your guests make.

Hosting

Our hosts run the session from welcome to wrap — teaching, ensuring smooth service, keeping the vibes high.

How it works

From brief to hosted day

Four steps, roughly one to four weeks depending on scale. We move fast when you need to.

  1. 01

    The brief

You tell us the brand, the date window, the guest count and the vibe. We listen, ask the right questions, and come back with a concept.

  2. 02

    Concept & quote

We send a creative direction, a kit breakdown and a fixed quote. You tweak, we adjust, everyone signs off.

  3. 03

    Build & prep

Kits are made and packed, props and florals sourced, hosts briefed. Everything ships to the venue ahead of the day.

  4. 04

    Hosted on the day

We set up, host the session and clear down. Your guests leave with something they made — and a good story about your brand.

Where we run them
LondonSydneyMelbourne

Brand events in all three cities — or shipped to your venue anywhere, with a host to match.

A few brands we've made things with

Store takeovers, product launches, team days and member events — each one built from scratch around the brand. Here's a handful of the work we're proudest of.

Habit Haus bendy candle workshop set up inside Pinterest Projects, Shoreditch1 / 3
Pinterest Presents

Pinterest hosted an activation at Seven Dials, opening an in-person experience called Pinterest Presents. HH took over the 'toolshed' to bend 1000's of candles over 3 days.

Candle painting workshop set up on a walnut table in the Fritz Hansen showroom1 / 3
Fritz Hansen

Fritz Hansen asked us to create a bespoke workshop to host industry alumni for the launch of their new candleholder by Spanish artist and designer Jaime Hayon. We hosted the same workshop twice over the course of the month.

Rows of hand-painted candles and a wooden Tod's-branded lid from the Tod's activation1 / 3
Tod's

Tod's asked us to hand-paint, fill and brand-stamp 200 container candles for a Christmas activation in their Sydney Westfield store. We got to work hand-painting and then shipped the candles across the globe, organised half to be sent to influencers and the other half were gifted and hand painted by customers in store.

Guests hand-rolling bendy candles at the Habit Haus workshop for Palantir1 / 3
Palantir

Palantir hosted an employee appreciation afternoon in their Soho office - we prepped for 200 employees and hosted over the course of 5 mini sessions for the afternoon.

The Sephora team laughing with hand-rolled bendy candles at their festive office party1 / 3
Sephora

Sephora hosted festive team party turning their office into candle studio — champagne, LOTS of sparkles and a roomful of handmade bendy candles.
